By popular request, Dev4Press now includes setup packages that can be purchased along with the plugin licenses and include plugin setup and training with the Dev4Press Support team via Meet, Zoom, or Skype.
The Setup Package option is not enabled on its own, and you need to enable it and select the package option to include. Once you do it, it will be added as one one-time payment to the purchase. We currently have Single Session and Multi Session Packages. A single session is up to one hour for a single plugin only. Multi-session is up to 5 hours usable for multiple plugins.
The setup package will give you the ability to work with the Dev4Press Support Team directly via Skype, Zoom, or Meet to set up the plugin, configure it, get direct training on using the plugin, features walkthrough, and you can ask questions to help you use the plugin effectively. The current price for the Single Session is $69, and for the Multi Session is $249. Since we have no base reference for it, I expect it may change, mostly based on overall demand, but for the next 6 months at least, there are no plans to change these prices. And any promotion or discount will not affect the setup package prices!
