A new update to coreSocial Pro and Lite, version 3.3 Pro and version 1.1 Lite, brings several important changes and fixes, a switch to the new Dev4Press Library version 5.0, and a new option for the Twitter sharing URL.

With ongoing changes as X.com (or Twitter), there are now multiple ways to share content on the network, and coreSocial has a new option to select the share method and share URL (it can use both x.com and twitter.com variants). The plugin fixes the broken URL for the Pinterest share method. There are many updates related to getting current page context, title, and URL that work better and cover more cases of ways different themes can handle page headers and generate titles.

The plan for the next major updates of both plugins is to add support for Threads social network and Facebook Messenger.
