Support for PHP 8.1 and 8.2 in plugins and WordPress

In December 2022, PHP 8.2 was released. PHP 7.4 has reached the End Of Life stage and is no longer officially updated or supported, with PHP 8.0 only getting securing fixes, making PHP 8.1 and PHP 8.2 the only officially supported and updated releases.

New plugin: CoreSocial Pro 1.0

CoreSocial is a brand-new plugin that has been in development for over 6 years, and it was used as an internal plugin only. Finally, the plugin has been expanded and is ready for prime time.

DebugPress 3.0

The huge update for DebugPress is ready, and version 3.0 is a very important milestone that adds tons of new features for the usability of the debugger, various refinements in the debugger panels, visual tweaks, and more.

Finally, new icons for Dev4Press plugins

For the past few years, plugin icons have changed a few times, but they never looked quite good or how I wanted them to look. So, in the past few weeks, I dedicated time to carefully constructing (almost) all the new plugin icons.

SweepPress Pro 3.6

The new plugin version is ready, bringing new sweepers, many updates and improvements, a brand new shared code library, and bug fixes. All changes are also added to the plugin free version: SweepPress Lite 2.1.

Using Google Pay to buy Dev4Press plugins

A few weeks ago, our payment processor company MyCommerce Digital River expanded the list of payment methods to include direct support for Google Pay. The new payment method should be available worldwide.

Many changes to the Dev4Press website

Dev4Press website has been updated, and many changes have been deployed, including new email templates, newsletters are active again, the home page and account dashboard have been updated, and many minor bugs have been fixed.
